Master Saji continues to produce new and distinctive knives that demonstrate his extensive knife making experience and passionate spirit. This is Master Saji's latest attempt to produce a Steak Knife that is ideal for home use, or ‘on-the-go’. The blade of these liner-lock knives is 4-1/8" (106mm) long and features an R-2 Powdered Metal steel core and outer layers of beautiful forge-layered Stainless Damascus steel. The 5-1/4" (133 mm) handle is hand contoured for maximum comfort and is available in White G-10. Each knife also includes an elegant Black Leather Pouch for protection.

The opening and closing action of these folding knives is smooth and precise, and the liner-lock mechanism locks the blade open very securely. These folding knives are very compact when folded, so they are perfect when travelling away from home. Finally, the R-2 Damascus blade provides outstanding cutting performance, so you can enjoy effortless cutting every dinnertime!
